UK DELIVERY TERMS
At Safetywrx.com we provide FREE Royal Mail Standard Tracked Delivery for all UK mainland orders over £70. For orders below this amount, a £4 standard delivery fee applies.
Return Process
At Safetywrx.com, we want you to feel great about your purchase and confident that you've chosen the perfect item. If you need to make a return, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required, along with confirmation of the return request. Please note that this policy applies to online purchases only.
If you've ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind, all products must be returned in a resalable condition, with original tags, packaging, and any included accessories.
For exchanges, a new order must be placed, and the returned item will be refunded according to our terms and conditions.
To initiate a return, please follow our return authorisation instructions. We offer a prepaid return label for convenience, with a £4 deduction from your refund. Alternatively, you can return your order using your own shipping provider.
This return service is only available for orders delivered within the UK.
Please be aware that if you choose to return items via a method not provided by our customer service team, the responsibility for the parcel remains with you. We cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returns sent through alternative couriers.

We aim to process all orders on the same working day, but if your order is placed after 3 PM or on a weekend, it will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframe:
- Orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days from the date of purchase.
- Delays may occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Your order may arrive between 7 AM and 9 PM, and a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the courier may leave a calling card with instructions for collection, attempt redelivery, or leave the parcel in a secure location.
