Q: Do you offer free delivery?
A: Yes! We offer Free Standard Tracked Delivery on all UK mainland orders over £70. For orders under £70, a standard delivery fee of £4 applies.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 3 PM or during weekends will be processed the next working day. Please allow extra time during busy periods, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the following secure payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna,  Google Pay & Apple Pay.

Q: What currency are your prices in?
A: All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return an item?
A: Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new and unused.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Email us at support@safetywrx.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and you can ship back with your own couirer or request a return label from us, if you do use our prepaid label a £4 charge will be deducted from your refund.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. You'll be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
