  1. Accepted Payment Methods
    We accept the following payment methods:
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay.

2. Payment Authorization and Security

  • All payments must be completed in full at the time of checkout.
  • All transactions are processed securely through Stripe/Shopify Payments or Mollie and are encrypted using SSL technology.
  • We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

3. Payment Processing and Order Confirmation

  • Orders are only processed and confirmed after payment has been successfully authorized.
  • If a payment is declined or fails, you will be notified immediately, and the order will be held for 24 hours before cancellation.

4. Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices are listed in GBP.
  • Prices include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, Sales Tax) unless otherwise stated.
  • You are responsible for any foreign transaction fees charged by your bank.

5. Refunds and Billing Discrepancies

  • Refunds for authorized returns will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • If you notice a billing error, please contact us at support@safetywrx.com within 14 days.
